- Invoiced monthlyFor the sessions actually used. New tasks are scoped and agreed in writing first.
- Monthly supportWhatsApp, phone, e-mail and Zoom; fixes, settings, small changes and a weekly check-in. Month to month, no minimum term.
- Simple (claims, timesheets, letters/summaries): 1–2 sessions
- Medium (WhatsApp site returns, stock lists, progress reports): 2–4 sessions

FAQ
How much does it cost?
There are no fixed packages — you pay only for the sessions used, agreed in writing before any work starts. Book the free task check and I'll give you a written scope.
Do we need new software?
Usually not. The AI works with the systems and folders you already use. AI tool subscriptions, if needed, are billed by the AI provider directly (about US$20–25 per user per month).
Is our data safe?
Your files stay in your own systems and accounts, and anything the AI isn't sure about is checked by a person.
Where do you work?
Based in Selangor. On-site in the Klang Valley, remotely anywhere in Malaysia.
